Above is a photograph of Dr. Mike Gonzales, Director of Hispanic Ministries for the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. Dr. Gonzales will be the guest speaker at the morning and evening worship services on July 19, 2009 at First Baptist Church of
Madisonville, Texas.
At the 10:50 am service Dr. Gonzales will preach for our
congregation. At 6:00 pm he will preach for a combined worship service with
FBC, our Hispanic Mission and any other Hispanic Churches who wish to attend. Also please note that at 4:30 pm Sunday afternoon Dr. Gonzales will meet with those of our
congregation who are interested in various ministries that will help us reach the Hispanics of our community.
